12th Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership

Have you ever wondered how the culture of your business is effecting the leadership's ability to develop and perform successfully?

Have you ever questioned your own ability to develop and perform successfully and how the culture of your organisation affects that?

Have you ever put excellent training programs in place and watched the culture of the organisation prevent the new behaviours from taking place?

Would you like to discover what type of culture supports growth and performance ?

Yes? Then I'm thrilled to announce that I'd like to invite you as my guest to the half day 12th Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership being presented by our partner company - Human Synergistics.

The 2010 conference promises to challenge, inspire, and in turn motivate and equip you with some new practical tools and insights. This very practical half day Conference will look at:

- The five factors that drive sustainable transformative change

- The critical role of supportive cultures on individual transformation and performance

- CEOs and leaders sharing their journeys of change and performance outcomes

- University of Sydney research revealing the process and drivers of leaders‟ transformation

- What the 2010 research is saying about the state of culture and leadership in Australian organisations

- How negative cultures reduce value from coaching and leadership development initiatives

At all venues, Dr Anthony Grant and Cecile de Vries from the University of Sydney will present high-level research and findings that focus on the drivers of individual and organisational transformational change, and in essence how effective and sustained individual and organisational change are interrelated.

Jolie Hodson, Finance Director from Lion Nathan will share how her personal journey was better enabled through a constructive culture

To illustrate this research we have three leading CEO‟s sharing authentic, yet moving business case studies and personal stories. These CEO‟s include:

Jez Moulding – Managing Director, sanofi-aventis ‘Leveraging a Constructive Culture to Enable Acquisitive Growth’ - Sydney

Brian Cook – Chief Executive Officer, Geelong Football Club ‘Maximising Leadership Impact On and Off the Field’ - Melbourne

Duncan Price – Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Asia Pacific Iron Ore, Cliffs Mining - ‘Growing the People and Business during a Downturn’- Perth

Supporting each of the CEOs will be leaders from their organisation, sharing their personal journey of individual transformation – in the context of the culture the CEOs created.
