If your training budget is not as large as you would like, it is still possible to develop your team. The key is to truly understand what behavioural changes will make the biggest impact on performance and get really creative with how the training solution is delivered.

1. Ask your team and your team's clients (internal and external) what behavioural change would make the biggest impact on performance.
2. Add your knowledge to the above
3. Select the behavioral change
4. Agree a performance goal for the change
5. Work with your team to come up with 7 different solutions to deliver this training (yes, seven)
6. Choose one solution - by analysing the balance of 'effectiveness' and 'cost'
7. Implement with Passion!
